Exclusive use of Community Hall including Main Hall, Meeting Room, Kitchen and Changing Rooms for all day events.
Standard Rate - £165 per day, payable in advance.
Concessions - £115 per day, payable in advance.
Evening Functions
Exclusive use of Community Hall including Main Hall, Meeting Room, Kitchen and Changing Rooms for dances, private parties, shows etc. Standard booking from 5pm – 12 midnight.
Standard Rate - £110 per session, payable in advance.
Concessions - £75 per session, payable in advance.
Showers and Changing Rooms
Hire - £10/£6.50 conc per hour
Exclusive use showers and changing rooms comes with hire of the entire hall.
Terms and Conditions
Booking times should include time for setup and tidying up, the rooms may be in use immediately before or after your bookingAll rooms must be cleaned after use in line with the Booking Terms and Conditions during the Pandemic
The kitchen is a shared resource and can be used by all users
The cost of hiring the changing rooms includes use of showers
The disabled changing room is FREE at all times
Concession rate is available to Thornhill residents and groups for non- commercial activities only.
ALL LETS MUST END BY MIDNIGHT
The car park and surrounding area MUST be quiet by 12.30am
